Ataraxy - a state of serene calmness
This collection is inspired by the desert, and the harsh contrast it contains. The soft, elegant fabrics in blues and beige golds, as well as a custom designed fabric made in Adobe Illustrator, represent the beauty of the harsh sands versus the tranquility of the blue sky. These fabrics paired with gold chains and adornments represent the balance between the deserts environment and the organisms that inhabit the biome. The desert would not be able to survive without the symbiotic nature of the small creatures, similar to how the garments would not be what they are without the gold embellishments.
